Hi crockpot, don't worry about this - I have always seperated my food like this and I've got to the age of 34 without it hurting me - it's just his way - to be honest you enjoy the flavours of everything better if you eat this way instead of it all being mashed up together! YUK!:D

BTW I'm a girl! lol;)
