sound system ideas wanted

I use a "sum micro" media player , this will stream Vids and sound from either a attached hard drive / pen drive or media from my network (nas drive) , at present it is connected to my TV via a HDMI cable.

I wish to alter the setup , use a 9 in monitor , etc , the thing is menu driven by a remote. it also has a audio jack.

I very rarely , have the vol on the TV over 25-50%

wanted : a small amplifier and 2 x bookshelf speakers .

every time I google or search amazon , I keep getting Bluetooth speakers , don,t want them!

yes a pair of computer speakers (good quality) might do the job , any thoughts on a good pair?
