Moving house on Friday. Called them today to move the services (spoken to them originally a month ago, but didn't understand what they were saying)
Anyway, I've got to pay £20 to move the services, and they're putting my bill up by £10 AND I've got to sign up for a new 12mth contract?

Things haven't changed much since the ntl days then.
We moved house across town and the ntl engineer didn't turn up on the allotted day. It turned out he'd been sent to do the installation at our old address... :doh:"I love deadlines. I love the whooshing noise they make as they go by."0
