What are my rights with DFS furniture store ?

Hi all,
I purchased a 3-piece suite from DFS in 2008. I have had continual problems with a chair, where the cushions lose colour. I just phone the store up and they send an engineer out to redye the cushions. For info, I am under a 5 year warranty with DFS so I don't pay anything for the engineer.
In 2011, DFS agreed to replace the 3-piece suite with the same make & model due to the probs I was having with the chair's cushions.
Exactly the same problems are hapenning and have been happening with the chair's cushions and I have repeatedly called the engineer out since 2011 to redye the cushions. I have another 5-year warranty with effect from 2011.
My query is what rights have I got with DFS ? I am asking them to give me continued warranty beyond 2016 as I don't see why I should pay them anything for the engineer's visit when I consider the 3-piece as not being fit-for-purpose since 2008. What doe anyone else think ? Am I being unreasonable ?
Thanks

Purchased 2008 and you are looking for warranty beyond 20016 .
Yes you are being unreasonable based upon it being 7 years ago you purchased the product .
Doubt if you have any rights under the sale of goods act as product is over 6 years old .0 -
DFS has gone above and beyond in extending your warranty past the initial five years. You are also outside the six years limit in terms of your rights under SoGA. Your right was to reject the sofa in 2008, anything they offer now is a (very generous) goodwill gesture.0

I agree and have no real worries. The 3-piece suite is now over 7 years old so I have got value for money. The stupid DFS service engineer left me with loads of spare Scuff furniture dye, which I will happily use. The store has also promised me to order me permie dye and I have asked a service engineer already to visit my place to redye the whole of my affected cushion. I intend to get him to come back each month until I am sure the problem is truly fixed. I will stop his visits after I am sure the problem is fixed. My warranty stops Q2 2016
Nothing like value for money lol:rotfl::rotfl:!!0 -

And yet later you say:I agree and have no real worries. The 3-piece suite is now over 7 years old so I have got value for money. If something isn't fit for purpose, it means it literally can't be used for what its been sold for (ie a dining chair made from cotton wool). The very fact you've had use of them for 7 years indicates that they were very much fit for purpose. They may not have been of satisfactory quality but they were fit for purpose. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Class?
The use of 'lol' and shopping at DFS told us the OP had none, calling the engineer stupid just confirmed it.0
