Anyone familiar with St Ives?

We are thinking of going on holiday to St Ives in July.
We are looking for accomodation somewhere near a town or in a town but realxing also.We would need access to a swimming pool and room for a cot.
We also need resturants near by preferably vegetarian.
Does any one now of any good websites?

Quaint place to holiday but parking is a nightmare in high season.
I got a brochure this morning - 'John Fowler Holidays' - and that has a site near ST Ives. Prices seem to range from £350 upwards for July.0
