Have the same problem myself, have just contacted the Humax help line.
Don't bother contacting their help line, they are aware and working on the problem.
They sent us an update about a week ago (That Did NOT Work )
THIS IS CAUSING THE SWITCHING OFF & RESTART
Should update us all when fix is found :beer:
