Did he offer to sign a confession or did you demand he do it ?
You could be in quite serious trouble if you threatened him in to signing a bit of paper admitting liability.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
We both were quite unsure what to do at the time and we discussed the process of exchanging names he said its totally my fault and I asked if he'd be willing to sign a admittance. Obviously I didn't force it upon him, I was very shaken up and was just trying to think of all the information I could have taken down. He consented to all photos nothing was done forcefully at all, he willingly got his driving license out when I asked if he had one and told me all other information cooperatively0
