Experian Customer Service problems

Does anyone have any suggestions who to contact in the UK about issues with the statutory £2 report?

I've been through the emailed help and had so many inappropriate and irrelevant cut and paste replies that I'm convinced no one actually reads the problem and its just a numbers game to get the email queue sorted.

The problems started in March and in the end after numerous tickets I just decided to buy another report and see if the issue was fixed - only this time only one account was reported (approx 20 on one in march)

Cut & Paste answer 1. ensure you input all addresses for last 6 years (despite same address for 15 years). Answer 2. Those banks mustn't supply us with data any more (all 19 of them!).

I can see the problem on the report but I cant fix it and experian dont seem to want to help

    Hi Ian_h,

I'm sorry to hear that the responses that you've had have not been helpful.

From what you have said I understand that your account information is not being retrieved when you apply for your statutory report.

This could caused this be due to a format issue with the address.

If you email your your details (name, DOB, address and report reference number) I will be happy to take a look at this and see what has caused it.

    Kind Regards
    Neil
