Hi
Does anyone know a UK number that I can dial?
I have an issue with my Samsung solid state hard drive. I tried to call support on 03307267864, they tell me that that I need to call 0080080108011 (an international number). I don't really want to spend a long time on an international number performing diagnostics.
I filled in an on line fault form to kick off the process. Samsung tried calling me earlier today whilst in work so I couldn't answer the call. They left a message saying that if I want further assistance I need to call 03307267864 which as we all know direct me to the international number......
so frustrating, can anyone help

How are Samsung useless. They tried to contact you and you weren't available, so, they gave you an alternative which you won't use.
I don't understand how they can be at fault because you can't be arsed...Drinking Rum before 10am makes you

You should approach the retailer in the first instance, rather than the manufacturerpoppy100
