CTF to JISA Transfer Times?

How long did it take for you to transfer your child's CTF to a JISA?

Been waiting nearly 2 months for Nationwide to transfer to HL. Which seems like ages to me. Anybody else had issues?

They did it anyway after a few weeks and wrote to us to let us know. Didnt even have to ask.

I have dealt with HL at work with me being the other scheme and they chase you every two weeks without fail, which is nice to know.

Im sure its a Nationwide issue.

You could be right but it remains the responsibility of the receiving company, i.e. HL, to do any chasing.

I think 2+ months is an unreasonable time to take, and I would raise a formal complaint with HL. If they still haven't managed to make the transfer 8 weeks later, you can take them to the FOS.

Took me a few weeks Chorley to CSD due to paperwork. They wanted my boys passbooks and still had my wife as registered contact (despite me changing it last year).

Its a new process. Cant expect full competency just like that :)

A good few weeks to switch from a Yorkshire CTF to a HL S&S JISA. It went through fine though, no hiccups.
