    How would rent not being paid ever be landlord's fault?? Unless landlord & all his bank accounts disappears without trace (in which case how come he was able to sell the place...).

    Or am I being th1ck (again!)??

    Is this rent being with held due to lack of maintenance/ facilities etc?
