Littlewoods Extra Care Insurance

Hi I was just wondering if anyone has had any success with Littlewoods Extra Care Insurance reclaims. My claim has been with the FOS for 3 years now. The FOS have ruled that I was missold and will be refunded, that was over 6 months ago and I still haven't received a settlement figure. Apparently they are still working this out, not sure how it takes 6 months to work out how much I'm owed. I'm getting nowhere with the FOS on a timescale for when this will be resolved.
