Well the chances are they would have DM'd you anyway if you were the winner, they didn't just give you the prize because you were "moaning" at them.0

update , sorry to bump up the thread but two week ago kiss dm 'd me to say i was the winner , so i just want to say follow your gut even when companies are usually good with their prizes sometimes they need a bit of a push x
What did you win and have you received it ? As I also recently got a DM thanks0 -
I got a DM around a month ago too but no prize received yet.0

Kiss FM seem to be really slow on announcing and delivering prizes. Was told I'd won one of their May Facebook comps last month, gave them my address straight away but am yet to receive anything. The 'up to 28 days' has passed and I'm getting very antsy to get my hands on this prize. They've ignored all my questions of where the prize is. I expected better from a big company.0

Had a phone call today from PR asking to confirm my details, they will send a letter for me to sign then the prize (beats by Dre ) will be sent out to me.0

I also got a call today from a PR company. I was at work so will have to return the call tomorrow. What a convoluted and long winded process this is! What benefit does all this triple checking serve? Just use signed, tracked delivery and send the prize out to the address I provided in the first place! If they trust I've given them the right phone number then surely they can trust my ability to type out my address!0
