It just has lots of information and when you're educated about your quit I think it makes it a lot easier.
I've been quit for 3 Years, 2 Months, 3 Weeks, 2 Days, 23 hours and 24 minutes (1,179 days). I have saved £7,079.84 by not smoking 35,399 cigarettes. My Quit Date: 08/06/2004I've been lucky, I'll be lucky again. ~ Bette Davis0 -
