Post Office Credit Card Statement Problem

Hi
I have a post office card for spending money abroad and I normally check the statements online every month. I recently noticed that not all the items appear on the online statement - it looks like it loses them after the 30th transaction for the month. The totals are still correct, but it just stops listing transactions.
Does anyone else have this problem? It's a major issue - I always assume everything appears so could easily miss errors that are just not shown. I only realised when one particularly large transaction wasn't listed and checked back to paper statements over several months.
I'm going to phone Post Office, but wondered if anyone else had this / wanted to warn others to watch out!

I've not noticed that problem with their online statements. There are plenty of others such as no figures shown when first log in and the whole site is stuck in the days of VGA.
But I'll forgive them for that as the actual card is great for non-sterling transactions. My postings reflect my lifetime's experience and my opinion. You are quite welcome to respond with your experiences and option, whether similar or different.0 -
Nope. This is a problem with the site. I noticed the same sort of thing when we got home from the states, phoned cust services and was told "the site has made a bit of a boo-boo and can't show more than the first page of a statement."
I mean what the actual f***?!?! It's 2015!!
The whole online experience with this credit card is a joke. I also have an MBNA platinum card. Now THERE is a good site: online secure messaging, balance transfers, payments, statements, PIN reminders etc etc.
I'm clearing the PO cc and binning it. The savings whilst abroad simply are NOT WORTH IT.
Had a look at the advice pages and think I'll give the Halifax Clarity a punt. Maybe HBOS are in THIS CENTURY with their website!?0 -
I also had this problem with PO site. The printed statements they send do include all transactions, but it is a terrible website altogether and makes me concerned about what else might be wrong with it if they can't even get that right (data security, anyone)?
That being said, the customer service otherwise on that card I've found to be pretty reasonable and I have held it for quite a while.
The Halifax online servicing is much much better.0 -
I've recently signed up with Post Office credit card and the only figure I can see is credit available. Everything else is blank or 0.00. Tried with Chrome and IE11. I'm not overly bothered at this stage as they're holding over £6k balance for me at 0% for 18 months with no fee, and I've setup DD to automatically pay minimum each month.
Will contact them in a week if it's not fixed though. I noticed it a few days ago, so very surprised it's not fixed!0
