The budget on the whole looks fine overall, any decent advisor (who you would need to go to in order to get a DRO) will make any tweaks they deem necessary but for me there are areas that you maybe should budget in that you currently aren't so the budget eligibility looks fine.

You're right on the car issue, if worth £2200 the dro would pause there. only valuation to be considered should be on parkers, so use the private valuations on parkers and see what comes back. compare to auto trader, if your car has high mileage or anything, this may mean it's real value is less, so say it comes up £1500 on parkers, but there are the same cars with same mileage on autotrader at £1000, you may just have to get evidence that your particular car is worth £1000 - by taking it to a 2nd hand car trader and getting a few written valuations on their headed paper.

If the car is worth over £1000 and there is no way round that, you would need to sell the car, buy a replacement for £1000 or less, then split the proceeds pro rata between creditors. but dont do that until you are speaking to an advisor. if you have essential things that need replacing like washing machine on last legs etc, you may be able to replace the item from that money, but speak to an advisor first.

I would say your next step is to get in touch with CAB, NDL or StepChange and begin the process. Good luck! - edit - not that you need luck, if you're eligible, you're eligible, luck doesnt play a part in DROs!
