Mortgage PPI

Hi I took out a mortgage in 1991 with credit agricole which I have the paperwork showing that I was paying ppi the mortgage then got passed on to Birmingham Midshires around 1995 I cleared the mortgage in 1999 .Can i claim ppi back this far and which company should Icontact.

1 - Who did it you buy it from? (broker or lender)
2 - you havent said why you think it was mis-soldwhich company should Icontact.
Depends who sold it to you. i suspect credit agricole were not a lender you walked into a branch to buy a mortgage from but were arranged via brokers (guess at this stage)I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). You don't just claim it back because you paid it.
You have to decide if you were miss sold it, then make a complaint with evidence to back your complaint up.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
