Online order received too many items what to do?

I ordered a fairly small item from an online shop and have just received a whole box full, instead of the 1 single one I have been charged for and that is on the invoice and on the dispatch note stuck to the box where do I send legally?

morally I'd ring them up , especially if they were a small shop

legally does'nt always come into it , shoe on other foot you would be peed off,some newbie in packing may get let go because of the error

Think what you would have done if you got one but been charge for a box full ?
