Online order received too many items what to do?

I ordered a fairly small item from an online shop and have just received a whole box full, instead of the 1 single one I have been charged for and that is on the invoice and on the dispatch note stuck to the box where do I send legally?

morally I'd ring them up , especially if they were a small shop
legally does'nt always come into it , shoe on other foot you would be peed off,some newbie in packing may get let go because of the errorEx forum ambassador
