Yes, that's what I use x0 -
Check out summer tomato.... I have never eaten so much in my life. Its less about dieting and much much more about eating a large variety of the right things. I even discovered an absolute love of roasted beetroot.£6686 CC as of 02/03/2017
Goal to be Debt free by May 2017 and have savings of £10k by November 2017.....0 -
I am now 15lbs down and dropped a dress size and I feel so much better for it.
I'm just under 11st now. Just another stone to go!0 -
Wow louise, well done!
Is it too late for me to join in? I'm planning a wedding for next May and definitely could do with a bit of toning and weight loss between now and then - I'd like to drop at least a dress size. I don't plan to do any particular diet but just to try to keep portion sizes down and get my lazy backside back to the gym on a regular basis. I used to swim three times a week and do classes and gym work a couple of days as well but got out of the habit because I was away a lot through the summer and then ill when I got home - I'm a lot better now and only working part time so I have the time to go and just need to get into a routine again.Common sense?...There's nothing common about sense!0 -
Thank you!
May will be here before we all know it!0 -
Id like to join please
Ive 4 stone to lose (although the wedding isn't until 2018, I want to lose and maintain as much as I can!)
Ive already lost 7 stone up until last Christmas, but in 2015 I managed to gain 2 stone back! Disheartened yes but determined to do it again and be better this time!
Since beginning of December Ive lost 7lb but struggling with so much Christmas tempting chocolate (all hidden away in a treat drawer!!)
Im on a calorie counting website (not sure if we are allowed to mention it?)
and I own a fitbit although walking is difficult to fit in when Im at a desk almost 9 hours a day.
im rejoining the gym this Saturday when OH gets paid!
We got this!! (I hope lol)Life is what you make it.0 -
So... it's just over 14 weeks to go and I still have just under 1 1/2 stone to go.
Christmas was a nightmare in terms of eating, but dieting has been going well for the past couple of weeks. I haven't really been exercising, still, so really need to sort that out.
Goal is 10st by the wedding. Starting to worry a little.0 -
