Discount brokers for investment CTFs

I typed "CTF discount broker" into Google and on the first few pages came across two more discount brokers offering CTFs: Chelsea Financial Services, and Clubfinance.
I've checked and they are both on the Financial Services Authority register.
Is there any reason we should not use them as they are not included in Martin's article and pdf report?
