Skipton Online problem

I can log in okay and see accounts, but an error occurs when I click on the 'Pay Out' button. I expect to see the Grid Card pop-up but instead get an error message about "unexpected server downtime". This means I cannot initiate a payment outbound as I cannot get to the payment screens.
Before I speak to Skipton, can anyone else with a Skipton Online account check to see whether or not they get an error message when clicking the 'Pay Out' button or whether the Grid Card pop-up correctly appears.

Thought this problem might have got fixed overnight, but still not working today, so still cannot make external payments online.
