Should the selected winner not reply within 3 days of being notified, then it will be deemed that the prize winner has forfeited their prize, and a re-draw will take place. Same rules will apply for the re-drawn winner (should this scenario occur). There are no exceptions to this. E-mails entering spam boxes, not being checked, being changed or any other reasons included. The publishers decision is final.

Employees of participating companies are not permitted to enter.

The following information and terms and conditions relate to the Catalan Tourist Board prize draw run by Active Traveller Magazine. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The promoter of this action is the Catalan Tourist Board whose registered office in the UK is at 17 Fleet Street, 3rd floor, EC4Y 1AA, London.
1. This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland, aged 18 and over, but excludes employees of Catalan Tourist Board and Trekwear, their immediatefamilies, anyone connected professionally with the prize draw, or any person where entering this competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident.

2. Closing date for entries 31st July 2015. No entries submitted after this time will be valid.

3. The prize draw is free to enter - no purchase is necessary.

4. The prize must be taken between 15th September and 30th September 2015 or in spring or summer 2016. (Blackout dates: 30th April – 04th May and 02nd – 22nd August) and includes:

a. Round trip flights for 2 from the UK with Vueling.- Winner and guest will be required to provide their NAME/ SURNAME / DNI or PASSPORT NUMBER / TELEPHONE / EMAIL to Vueling for booking.

b. 3 nights and 4 days in half board accommodation at 3* hotel in Sort (Lleida)

c. 3 activities planned during the trip (subject to availability):

- 4x4 excursion to the National Park of Aigüestortes and the lake of Sant Maurici.
- Wild water rafting from Llavors! to Rialp
- Kayak ride in the calm waters of lake la Guingueta.

5. All prizes are subject to availability.
6. The prize excludes: a) Any form of travel or medical insurance b) Any accommodation extras (e.g. telephone, mini-bar, room service, meals etc) c) Any personal expenses and spending money.
7. The winner must agree to have his/her name published as the winner of the competition and to be photographed for promotional purposes, if requested.
8. The winner will be chosen at random from all those who entered the prize draw and will be notified by email by the organizers within 7 days of the prize draw closing date. The winner must then respond with their preferred dates of travel within 7 days in order to confirm their prize.
9. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports and visas and are legally entitled to travel. Travel and medical insurance are also the winners responsibility.

10. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

11. The Catalan Tourist Board administrator’s decision is final.

12. As part of the prize draw promotion, winners may be required to participate in media relations activities, without further compensation, which may include a quote/review of your prize pack and photo session.

14. There is no cash alternative to the stated prizes, and the prizes are not transferable or refundable.

15. Catalan Tourist Board and its affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw and any of the prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater. No correspondence will be entered into.

16. Catalan Tourist Board and its affiliates are not liable for any accident, injury or loss incurred by the prize winner’s participation in prize travel, accommodation and activities.

17. Catalan Tourist Board accepts no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this prize draw.

18. This promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

19. Entry implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

20. The promoter is the Catalan Tourist Board.

21. By ticking the relevant opt in boxes; entrants agree to receive offers and further information from the relevant party by post and/or email.

22. No responsibility will be accepted by Active Traveller Magazine for loss of entries through technical fault, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
