thanks for the support,ive spoken to the cccs and they calling me later this week.im still not happy with the situation,a failed IVA only means one thing and its something i just can't even contemplate coming to terms with.Ive made financial sacrifices all my life,im mentally drained even thinking about money and business as the last 18 years of my life have been nothing but struggle.In 18 yrs ive only taken 5 weeks holiday due to trying different things but its got me nowhere and am facing the prospect of bankruptcy.self employment has made me a prisoner in my own life.

Hi RM,

Why are you so fearful of bankruptcy? Would it not clear all your debts and then maybe you could get a permanent salaried role as self employment does not seem to suit you.

There is life after bankruptcy, many people have gone through bankruptcy and used it as turning point to go upwards and onwards.

stay as positive as you can. explore all your options

I got through the last recession in the late 80s early 90s,it was a real struggle but managed to stay afloat bur made massive sacrifices.now the years have gone past and ive racked up a debt.ive made all the sacrifices i can make and life now has simply become "groundhog day".I read loads of positive books etc for inspiration but can never carry out what i read.I make loads of personal and professional plans,but they never work out.Its probably because Im all out of energy and feelgood factor and lack the energy to fight back.anyway,thats enough from me.thanks again to evryone for all your messages of support.I thank you all.:T
