Been shopping and was back home by 9 so glad to get that out of the way. Made GP appointment whilst out so back up to local shops again this afternoon after school run. Just cleaned out the fridge and oh my goodness it was BAD. Really BAD. Never mind, done now, so going to have a cup of coffee and then crack on with some more things in the kitchen.

Oh I'm sorry to hear that; just do what you can as you can and don't put yourself under pressure. Take it easy and chill - how about doing some knitting as I know you love that like I do? Thinking of you.
