Is the idea that you would both sell and then buy a large house outright and own it as tenants-in-common?0

No definite decision yet, just mulling over but general idea is we both sell up and buy bigger. I might take on a small mortgage to get what would give us both space and independence.
I'm guessing that an IFA is probably best to consult on how we'd both stand.
