Big Brother competition to win a Cloud Nine Escape Voucher - Additional terms and conditions

1. The prize is a Cloud Nine Escape Voucher (the “Escape Voucher”) providing a maximum travel budget of £20,000 which can only be booked through Cloud Nine and which can be used for UK and overseas holiday arrangements for the prize winner and his/her companions. The Escape Voucher is partially redeemable in that it does not all have to be used in one booking, it can be used on more than one booking until the maximum travel budget has been used. If a booking exceeds the available remaining travel budget, the prize winner must make up the difference by making an additional payment.

2. Holiday arrangements can be chosen from any supplier bookable by Cloud Nine (i.e. excluding direct sell companies).

3. Up to £5,000 of the maximum travel budget (£20,000) can be allocated as spending money to be provided in the form of a bank transfer or a cheque. The remaining travel budget may only be used for pre-booking holiday travel, accommodation, transfers, tours and similar, it cannot be taken in cash or Travellers Cheques either in part or full.

4. The prize winner must be one of the travellers on each booking.

5. Please, where possible, book each trip at least four weeks before your requested departure date as all dates and destinations are subject to availability and therefore early booking is advised.

6. It is recommended that holiday insurance is purchased at the time of booking and Cloud Nine would be able to assist with this. Your Escape Voucher may be used against the cost of travel insurance if there is any available travel budget remaining.

7. All travel must be booked and completed within 24 months of Cloud Nine’s initial contact with the prize winner, or any balance remaining on the Escape Voucher will be lost and will not be refunded, transferred or credited.

8. Cloud Nine will provide the prize winner with a statement of account after the completion of each booking, setting out the total cost of each booking and the total remaining travel budget.

9. Cloud Nine acts as agent – all bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual supplier(s).

10. Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being unavailable, withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, Cloud Nine will endeavour to find a suitable alternative, but any additional cost will be the responsibility of the prize winner, although any travel budget balance remaining on the Escape Voucher (if any) may be used against this cost.

11. Any amendments made by the prize winner after each booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. 12. The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).

13. Where overseas travel is taken, Passports and Visas are the responsibility and at the cost of the prize winner. Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine can be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fails to obtain the required travel documentation.

14. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.

15. Please be aware that the Big Brother competition is shared across Channel 5 and MTV - and that one winner will be randomly selected from all entries.
