Anyone used this company?

Hi All


Not sure whether this is allowed, but I'm looking for contributions from anyone who has used the company Policy Expert.


I hadn't heard of them until very recently, but when I started battering the comparison sites in a search for my next home buildings and contents policy, which is due for renewal in mid July, they regularly popped up as the best buy for my requirements.


I've trawled review sites looking for observations from others, but bearing in mind the recent publicity about false reviews I'm a tad reluctant to take any of those on face value.


This company seem to be very proactive, insofar as being very quick to call me when I've done a comparison (and I've done a few, having "tweaked" my quote several times), although there seems to be an issue with communication between staff due to the duplication of some calls.


Any comments from those who have had experience with this company would be very welcome, thanks.

Judging by the recent comments about a certain car insurance provider on this forum, its obviously OK to comment about specific insurance companies.


Anyone used Policy Expert?
