Norwich & Peterborough - Outgoings letter

Hi,

My sister has sent N&P the template letter claiming hardship as per the forum and she is in hardship as much as I help. She has had a response from N&P asking her to fill in a form for her outgoings and asking how she manages to live? Has anyone else had this? What happened, has anyone had it with another bank?

Her total claim is approx £755 without the 8% yearly interest rate.

Yes. it is normal to provide a budget analysis. Shouldnt be too difficult for her as most people in hardship count the pennies and know exactly what they are spending.

That is irrelevant as hardship claims do not always result in a refund even if they agree you are in hardship. They have a range of non-refund solutions open to them.

Thanks dunstonh, I am aware of the range of non refund options, anything would help her to be fair
