First Utility - cant get simple thing right....
Bit angry here as I've spent a good few hours on the phone to FU since moving to them in March. The problem?
They keep switching my day/night meter reading round so I cant enter any readings. Each and every rep has promised to correct it but to date still having problems..
What more can I do???

I hope you are doing it correctly because some have incorrect analogue timer switches controlling the day/night0
