I find BOOTS pharmacy absolutely pitiful. 4 times out of 5 there is SOMEthing they don't have on your prescription. And they don't tell you until they have kept you waiting for half an hour, and are handing you what they HAVE got. They know you're not going to want to go find another pharmacy, just to hang around there waiting too. So they don't tell you until you get back!
And THEN you have to go back again for the other bits a day or two later! Which is a blasted nuisance for some, as some people lives a few miles from them!
I rarely use them now, but on the occasions I do, there is always something they are short of. And everyone I know tells the same story about them.
In addition, I have taken a prescription in, and they've said it will be 20 minutes, and when I return 30 minutes later, it's still not ready, and the pharmacist is otherwise engaged with a customer; (probably doing one of their pointless and mindless medicine reviews.!)
Yep, Boots Pharmacy SUCKS!
