PPI possible after debt settlement?

Hi, approximately 10 years ago I had debts for loans totaling of around £19,000 with the HFC. I was young a stupid back then and basically got into debt to the point I could not keep up repayments.
To cut a long story short, I was forced to sell my house and then split all the money I got between all of my debts. With the help of citizens advice, HFC as with many other companies agreed to accept approximately 80% of the outstanding amount as full settlement.
I don’t have the original paperwork/reference numbers, dates or even the amount of the original loans. I'm also not 100% sure that I had even been miss-sold PPI. Taking this into consideration and the fact that HFC settled for less than owed. Would I still be eligible for possible PPI claim?
If so, I would not even know where to start.
Thanks in advance for any information.

I doubt the bank will any info either from 10 years ago.
If you could get hold of any details and were successful, they would take the 20% back from the debt that you did not repay.0
