Whilst I'm aware that the legal costs of purchasing a BTL (meaning the Solicitor's fees) are not tax deductible, are we able to claim the Land Registry Search Fees, Land Registry Charges, Registration etc. associated with the purchase (usually paid to the conveyancing Solicitor)?
