Rental income - what expenses?

Apart from the obvious mortgage interest, insurances etc, where can I look for info on what to claim as expenses again the rental income?
Im struggling to find a good guide and as Im working full time now, I need to use everything available to me to reduce my tax bill.

£120 pa Home office/Admin etc
Fuel for necessary visits
