SFE Appeal process

Hi all

Has anyone else been through the appeals process with SFE?

I submitted mine 15 days ago (as of the end of today) and still haven't received a response save for an automated email confirming receipt of it. It was my understanding that they had to respond within 15 days, is that not correct?

Extremely frustrated.....
