WREN Nightmare!

Options
Any ideas how I progress from here.

Wren having insisted on me paying up front, then contract out the fitting and so the nightmare starts.
To cut a long story short nobody is responding to messages (including management), bits are missing, work surfaces delayed, and I have an incomplete unusable kitchen and nowhere to turn.
How do I get straight answers and the kitchen complete without spontaneously combusting.

We went to wren to see how different they were to out other suppliers, they take 5 weeks+ to put orders together, if bits are missing it could take 2 weeks or more.

They were asking us if they wanted to work for them, they subcontract work out and always looking for fitters.

Ultimately, i think you are being ignored because they are not ready to sort your job out and probably get tired of telling people 'a few more days' etc :D

How much have they stung you for?

If they have a Twitter account or Facebook, go on there and complain. Many companies don't like public complaints.

there is a raft of awful reviews about Wren all over the internet and especially this Forum. You will see the same old themes coming up time and time again -no returned calls, no email response, not all items turning up and never being delivered etc.

Cut your losses now and spend a couple of hundred quid and get a solicitor involved as this stage. Wren are simply the worst kitchen supplier in the market.
Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.
