    That is what the OP just called another poster.

    The OP is definitely a horrible person. Just after money. I hope she gets nothing and no-one continues to help her.

    She added that his daughter is not financially depndent to him and she has not been in contact with her dad anymore so she might get a little chances to win. I am not still worried.

    But she has been, you said that she came to visit when he was in ICU. They might not be close, they might be issues in their relationship, but I would doubt you could make a case of no contact to justify her getting nothing.

    Again, depends how long you've been married. If you came in, married after two months and the will was changed a few weeks afterwards, it will make her case much stronger than if you've been married for 20 years.

    Mirror are probably the most common these days, often all to each other then to XYZ, or trusts with life interest.

    There is another sort, which can be irrevocable.
