There are a lot of people at my work planning on leaving there are two shifts (night and day). If these people all left it would reduce the work force by 60% meaning that my work would most likely close.
That would mean I would face redundancy if this was to happen then I would get around 5k as I have been at my work for 15 years.
My IVA finishes in March 2017.
What would happen if I was to be made redundant?

Hi Greenbrucelee, best to check your paperwork. As you are with Payplan you would be bale to see the wording within the agreement online.Never make assumptions always ask questions>>>>>;)0
