Can anyone one help with ideal picture calibration for this smart tv please?

Sabelu - yes, use the above link to calibrate it well. Your ideal setup depends on your room, your TV (yes, they can vary apparently!) and your eyes/taste.
Using someone else's exact numbers might be good to start from but will not be ideal for your circumstances.
And of course most of the 'smart' picture 'enhancements' should be switched off.0
