Went to view a house a couple of days. It had a cellar. The agent said they had been having a few issues with flooding in there.
Opened the door to the cellar, turned the light on and up jumps a frog up the steps...
The agent momentarily looks mortified then giggles and takes a photo on her phone...

Once viewed a house where the owner answered the door !!!!ed as a fart, said she did not know we were coming, the bathroom floor was covered in dirty knickers, there was a huge hole in the floor under the bedroom carpet and to top it all the driveway and garage at the side of the house (it was a semi detached cottage) belonged to the people next door. Needless to say we ran a mile.Haters are gonna hate - you're not obliged to participate0
