The tick boxes in the declaration part are for someone who is administering the account on behalf of the account holder like a parent on behalf of a child. The boxes do not apply to you, you are the account holder and you can fill in the form yourself.
Just sign and date it in that section.0 -

Sorry for this newbie question but when do I pay in the £500 a month to my TSB account? When does the monthly countdown start? Is it per calendar month or the month starts from the date I opened the account?0
-
It's a calendar month.
Some people reported they had issues when paying in on the 1st of a month, so you might want to do somewhere in the middle.0 -
Ok so you say pay in the middle of the month, is the 15th of each month middle? If so my next pay in will be 15th September, What you think?0
-
Sound a good date for your September deposit.0

I registered by phone to receive interest gross on my TSB Classic Plus, so no R85 needed. Looking at my call log it seems I called 0345 835 3844 to do so, although that's given as the Internet Banking support number.0

Update:
I heard that Tesco Bank is getting rid of the £5 monthly fee. So does that mean the payee doesn't have to pay in £750 into it every month to get the 3% Interest?0
