#ThankYouThursday Giveaway – Twitter Terms and Conditions
1. The ThankYouThursday Twitter giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is run by Camelot UK Lotteries Limited (“Promoter”) and is no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Twitter. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
2. The Giveaway is open to UK and Isle of Man residents aged 18 or over with the exception of employees of the Camelot Group of Companies* (“Camelot”), the Gambling Commission, those employees’ immediate families living at the same address, certain contractors of Camelot as well as anyone else professionally connected with the Giveaway.
3. The Giveaway will start at 10:30am on Thursday 18th June 2015 and finish at 3:30pm on Thursday 18th June 2015 (the “Giveaway Period”).
4. To enter the Giveaway, entrants must:
(a) Follow The National Lottery’s Twitter profile “@TNLUK” (www.Twitter.com/TNLK) (including during the Giveaway Period);
(b) During the Giveaway Period, tweet @TNLUK commenting with the name of an amazing Dad and the prize they would like the Dad mentioned in their tweet to receive (there will be five prizes to choose from, as set out in paragraph 8 below, which the Promoter will mention in the Giveaway tweet); and
(c) Include the following hashtag in their tweet described in (b) above: #ThankYouThursday
5. Entries into the Giveaway are limited to five per person – if you tweet more than five times, only your first five entries will count. Entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid.
6. Once the Giveaway Period ends, all valid entries into the Giveaway will be entered into a random draw (the “Draw”). The Draw will take place within 30 minutes of the Giveaway Period ending, and will be supervised by an independent observer.
7. There are 5 prizes available to be won, as set out in paragraph 8 below. The winners of the Giveaway will be the first five valid entries selected at random from all valid entries in the Draw that have mentioned different prizes in their entry (i.e. the first entry valid entry that included the Dining Experience Voucher prize in their entry, the first valid entry that included the BBQ prize in their entry, and so on). The winner will win the prize mentioned in their entry tweet and prizes will be delivered directly to the person each winner has included in their tweet (see paragraph 10).
8. The prizes available to be won are:

• A Weber compact B&Q BBQ;
• A £59 Dining Experience Voucher from buyagift.com*;
• A £50 Trackdays voucher*;
• A football or rugby shirt from kitbag.com up to the value of £60 (including postage and packaging)*;
• An M:Tech remote control helicopter from MenKind.

*Prizes are subject to the provider’s terms and conditions which winners are responsible for checking.
9. The winners of the Giveaway will be announced on The National Lottery Twitter page (www.Twitter.com/TNLUK) within an hour after the Draw has taken place. By entering the Giveaway, you agree that if you win, your Twitter handle and winning entry may be announced to the public as one of the winners by the Promoter on www.Twitter.com/TNLUK.
10. After being announced as a winner on Twitter, the winners will be required to send a direct message via Twitter to The National Lottery Twitter page. The winners will be asked to confirm their email address and an email will be sent from the Promoter asking the winners to confirm they are over the age of 18 and live in the UK or Isle of Man (proof of identity and age may be required), and phone number. Once the Promoter has received proof of identity, the Promoter will reply confirming their win, and requiring them to provide the address of the person they have included in their entry tweet; before doing so, the winners must ensure they have that person’s permission to disclose their address. The winners must respond within no later than five days of receiving an email from the Promoter.
11. By entering the Giveaway, entrants acknowledge and accept that entries will be available for public viewing on Twitter and that their name and the name of the person included in their entry tweet may also be used by the Promoter on The National Lottery’s Twitter page. Entrants who do not want this information to appear on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram should notify the Promoter as soon as possible.
12. You must not tweet an entry that is or contains any of the following:

• viruses or other malicious code;
• content that incites violence, hatred or any illegal activity or that is threatening or harassing or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence; or
• any other offensive, defamatory, obscene or indecent content or content that is capable of being resolved into such content.

If such content is contained in your tweet, your entry will not be valid.
13. The Promoter reserves its right to draw a prize and award it to another entrant if a winner cannot be contacted within five days of that winner being announced, a winner (or the person they – included in their tweet decides not to take a prize, a winner does not respond to direct messages within five days of receiving it, or a winner is subsequently found not to have been entitled to win a prize.
14. The winners consent to the Promoter using the winners’ details for the fulfilment of this Giveaway but for no other use. All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
15. The winners may be asked, but are not obliged, to take part in publicity.
16. The surname and county of the winners can be obtained until 18th September 2015 by writing to Social Media Promotions at the Promoter’s address: Social Media Team, Camelot UK Lotteries, 5th Floor, Brettenham House, London, WC2E 7EN.
17.There is no cash alternative to any prize. However, if a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
18. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
19. The Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility of any nature for any system failure or other action or event which prevents a person from entering the Giveaway, nor in relation to the taking of any prize or the availability of the prize to the extent permitted by law. In addition, no responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for prizes lost, delayed or damaged in transmission.
20. This Giveaway is not a game forming part of The National Lottery.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel this Giveaway or to vary the Giveaway or these Terms and Conditions at any time by giving notice on www.national-lottery.co.uk and/or Twitter.
