Hello
I am thinking a having a stall at a craft fair for the first time with a view to me doing further ones maybe once a month at the most, depending on sales. The organisers are asking that all stall-holders have PLI. Can anyone recommend the cheapest way to do this given this may be a one-off or occasional? Thanks for any pointers

You can buy one off or annual cover, depending on how many events you are going to be doing will determine which is cheaper but given there is a floor on premiums if its more than a couple of times a year its likely to be cheaper to be annual.
Alternatively, look at joining a trade association as some of these include free insurance as part of their membership fees.
Finally, do you need just Public Liability or also Product Liability? Often the two are packaged together for SMEs but not always.0 -

I asked a friend of mine who frequents craft fairs- she said the cheapest that she has been able to find is £50 for the year.0
