Hope someone can help me just noticed that both my ipad and Android phone stopped updating my emails on Sunday, still getting them fine on PC and laptop but nothing on ipad or mobile. I've tried rebooting the ipad and several other things that I found online to try but nothing has helped, Hubby says its something I've done:mad: but I didn't do anything and why would it affect both of them at the same time?
I'm going holiday next week and really need it to be working in case of flight problems etc , the airline send update emails to let me know if there are problems.. please someone help me..:D

  • I haven't had any emails since 21:30 yesterday on my iPhone which is unusual. Maybe something to do with apple servers or hotmail?

BT/Yahoo have been having issues with mail sync between devices (was mainly with IMAP protocol with Outlook clients) - not heard of other issues. I assume you are using standard mail apps on non-pc clients? And I assume you are using webmail on pc?
If you put your general location in your Profile, somebody here may be able to come and help you.
