Perhaps OP can clarify what they mean by "the card"?

I was only meant to be "card" to use at cash machine. Don't think debit card will come with any saving account.

My main concern was that account should not be reported to Credit files etc.

I am totally new to it and there are two things, ISA account and a simple saving account,

I'm not bothered with any interest rate.

    Cheers

Thanks for clarifying what you are after. There are indeed one or two savings accounts that come with debit card but since that isn't what you are after I just focus on the ones which can come with a cash card. I would recommend you use http://www.moneysupermarket.com/savings/search/results/?goal=SAV_MULTIPLEPRODUCTS and tick Cashpoint on the list of features you are after. You should see a list of some 40-odd savings accounts that come with cash cards.

Whichever account you end up with, you should ensure they offer FSCS protection. Because if they don't, you might lose every last penny of your deposit should they go bust, and savings providers do go bust now and then.
