I spoke to talk talk yesterday about wanting a better deal because I was thinking of leaving, they couldn't match the deal I had been offered with sky so I said I would leave.....today my you view box has stopped working!!! I have called for technical help, twice I have now been on a call, first they called me and when I answered they put phone down on me, now I called them back and a after I explained to the guy what the issue was he pretended he couldn't hear me and cut me off!!!! cant believe the treatment these people seem to think is acceptable for their customers.......am I being paranoid or is this all because I would accept their offer and said I was leaving!!!


any advice as to how to get some help from these bunch of time wasters would be appreciated

Thanks. Eventually got to Speak to someone who is sending a replacement
