I've just had the worst few months with my car. I park on the street and came out one morning someone had lovely knocked the passenger side wing mirror off and left a dent and some green paint along the side. Then today it conked out. aa guy thinks it's a chain problem. Whatever that means... If you can't tell I don't know much about cars. It's just been left with a garage and they'll let me know tomorrow if it can be fixed and for how much.
Anyway, is it possible to sell a broken car?
It's a 2003 silver polo hatchback, 3 door silver manual.
Any advice is much appreciated. I've only ever owned this car which I bought in 2006, so never gone through the selling a car process, never mind selling a damaged one!

Of course it is. The bodywork is only cosmetic, though the time chain will about be £500 to replace at a garage. Therefore you would get about £200Do you want your money back, and a bit more, search for 'money claim online' - They don't like it up 'em Captain Mainwaring0

Did they say if any damage had been done by the worn/stretched chain?0
