Under the consumer goods act it wasn't fit for purpose under a reasonable amount of time. They did offer me £300 because I'm sure they were well aware of the cars faults. I've learned many lessons after all this. I've joined a forum too on the make of car haha.
It's not worth me pursuing. It's more principle than anything for me.
