Hi I've been at loggerheads with a used car dealer I purchased my car from. Weeks in I discovered it needed an exhaust part, got quotes like I was advised and also asked said dealer if would like to contribute money towards. Under the consumer goods act it wasn't fit for purpose under a reasonable amount of time. They did offer me £300 because I'm sure they were well aware of the cars faults. I've learned many lessons after all this. I've joined a forum too on the make of car haha.
It's not worth me pursuing. It's more principle than anything for me.
