This prize is open to entrants 18 years and over.
It includes full rent paid on a one bedroom, first floor apartment, facing the River Mersey.
The prize covers the tenant for a period of 12 months from mid-September 2015 to mid-September 2016 (exact date to be confirmed).
The winner will be subject to a deposit payment of £900 to cover any damages which may occur during the lease.
The prize includes access to the on-site residents gym and private quay.
The prize excludes car parking, utilities, council tax and other bills which will remain the reasonability of the tenant to pay as required.
