Custom home page is now due

Hi all,

As this wonderfully informative and empowering site continues to grow the downside is that is it becoming harder to find things - quickly. The search engine can do only so much. I even find myself using Google more to find things on the MSE site, which to me is a tipping point.

In order to have a better integrated experience I propose a custom home page with modules where users can control their content across the whole site via a dedicated account, which would include the ability to bookmark specific guides and templates, follow forum threads and users, customise tools and so on.

MSE are supported by great investment into content but it has now got to the point where it needs the content to be focused (and not just a few site tweaks) with the end user experience at the forefront of the MSE 2 site if you will.

I wish MSE continuing success.
